KatGPT was founded by Katy Peichert in 2025 after spending 15 years of experiences in the talent, and leadership support in tech industry. GPT stands for Generative Pre-trained Transformer, and as human powered-AI enabled professionals, we support unique people who create unique workplaces.

The partnership

That partnership now has a name. Milica Lubinić joined KatGPT in 2026, bringing over ten years of organisational development, change management and leadership coaching across start-ups, scale-ups and corporates in Europe, including FlixBus, BRYTER, Generali and United Cloud. She is a Certified Change Practitioner (APMG), an ICF-accredited coach and a systemic team coach (AoEC), and she has spent most of her career on a single question: why good decisions stop working somewhere between the leadership room and the everyday.

Together we cover the whole arc, from finding the right people through to building the organisation that is worth joining and worth staying in. Because hiring brilliantly into a company that cannot change is an expensive way to stand still.
