Recruiting management for internal/external talent & development strategy, agile project management (certified by APMG on the Foundations course). Strategic planning and implementation of the 25% growth of the organization in 2016/2017, for the technical leadership and individual contributor roles. Author and facilitator of the trainings for strategic hiring, diversity & inclusion best practices, communication, feedback culture and unconscious bias. Liaison for the Diversity Resource Groups, Mental Health Group, speaker at conferences and meet-ups representing SoundCloud. Liaison with People Analytics and People Operations Team for data analysis and relocation/onboarding. Mentor for Women in Leadership for the career development/design thinking, project manager for the DeveloperBridge program for engineers.
